Check‑in and check‑out were quick, the beds and pillows were comfortable, and we had a view close to the beach. In the morning, when we left our door card in the room as we were leaving, no one was available to confirm we hadn’t left anything; we were told to leave the keys in the room.

The location is nice. The handicap‑accessible room was separate from the rest of the hotel, accessed directly from the sidewalk, and the door to the other rooms was next to its wall and slammed loudly every time someone entered or exited. This happened every few minutes until midnight and then every half hour or so until 3 am, making it impossible to sleep even with earplugs and the fan on high; I woke up with each slam. The shower only had a handheld nozzle with no holder, so lathering was impossible while holding the nozzle. The room was truly unusable.
The location is excellent, just a few steps from the beach; the staff are friendly, and my room was nice and spacious.

The room was beautiful and wonderfully connected to the tram line, and the Pacific is right next to it – simply great! Nothing negative.
