Air-conditioned rooms feature balconies, TVs, telephones, and safes, along with private bathrooms with bathtubs. The hotel is 500 meters from Mohammed 5 Avenue's shops and offers international and Moroccan cuisine, 24-hour front desk, and free Wi-Fi in public areas.

The location is great, but the quality is very low; you get what you pay for. Bathroom cleanliness is bad, though the general room and facilities are clean.

I’ve stayed here twice now and I’m still as happy as ever; the staff are truly top‑class, friendly and caring. The hotel, though old, is clean and well maintained, and its location is a real advantage: everything is close by, especially Jemaa el‑Fna square, just a 15‑minute walk away. I’d definitely recommend this place and will return gladly. The only downside is the noise if you’re in a street‑side room – bar music, shouting, singing, cars and horse‑drawn carts can be heard until at least 2 a.m., even with the window shut. If you’re sensitive to sound, ask for a courtyard‑side room. Still, I’m very satisfied with my stay and will come back.
