The design was cool, the staff super friendly and helpful, the food delicious, and the location good. The bed felt a bit too soft for me, and rooms facing the street were noisy from traffic—expected since the hotel sits on a road, so if you want quiet, book the other side. Overall the hotel was fantastic.

“Pena o mau tempo....”

I really liked the architecture, décor, vibe, and the friendly, relaxed staff. The wind and bad weather kept us from enjoying the hotel and the city! The room had two single beds facing each other but not parallel, and I didn’t notice that in the reservation even if it was mentioned.

“A letdown compared to the advertised expectations; poor service and overpriced for what is offered.”

Good facilities, great décor, and the mattress. I travel a lot and can compare from experience. What they offer is meager or poor compared to the high rates they charge, more than 275 EUR 05/night: a) the bathrooms in the rooms are very small (under 3 m²), worse than low‑cost budget hotels, and even smaller than Japan’s “mini‑bathrooms”; they lack privacy, restrict movement, and have doors that make a lot of noise while your companion is sleeping or allow sounds from neighboring rooms. The advertised photos of the bathrooms do not reflect reality! b) a basic breakfast with a limited selection and no fresh bread. c) no complimentary bottle of water upon arrival, especially when outside temperatures exceeded 35 °C. d) failure to deliver the expected experience. e) expressing our dissatisfaction without receiving any response or explanation from management, despite our repeated attempts.
