Everything was extremely great: the room was new, well maintained, and super clean. Host Luca was friendly and quick to answer any questions, providing great service. The value for money was amazing, and it was quite close to the old town and the metro station. The only drawback was that the location was a bit deep into the private houses area with some destroyed buildings nearby; I didn't encounter any problems personally, but it might feel a bit uncomfortable for solo female travelers.

The room was very beautiful and clean. The area was very quiet and close to the city’s main attractions. Parking for the car was available. Many restaurants are in the vicinity. Communication with the owner was very good.

The location was decent, about 300 meters from the metro. If you enjoy walking, this area is great: it takes 15–20 minutes from the house to the main streets of the old town. We really liked walking around. The room was excellent, and the hosts were super. If I were to return, I would book this room again. The address on Yandex is slightly incorrect; if you arrive by that address, you’ll have to walk about 50 meters to the hotel. We ordered a taxi and had to specify a different street and house number. This isn’t critical, as the hotel’s own address is correct.

A good hotel for a comfortable stay. Everything is clear, clean, and homely with a kitchen that lets you cook yourself. The staff are polite and unobtrusive, resolving any request instantly. The room has everything you need, a quiet air‑conditioner, and the Wi‑Fi works great.
