The dinner was very good and the staff friendly. Breakfast was very modest. The room was a catastrophe, old and dirty!

The surroundings are good, with a farm with several animals and tranquil. When I made the reservation I asked if they had gluten‑free bread for breakfast and they said yes. When I asked the woman at the breakfast desk, she said no, that it was only available with prior notice, to which I replied that I had already informed them. No one had recorded my request and it took 20 minutes to bake it, so I was left halfway through breakfast. They serve a plate with some cold cuts, sugary yogurts and coffee. The self‑check‑in is too “self”. They only sent an email with the key box code, but no guest guide or any instructions, hours, places, zero. I paid 150 CHF for a completely absent service and on top of that my gluten‑free bread request was poorly handled. The bathroom in the room was very uncomfortable, you couldn’t wash your face without hitting the cabinet above the sink.
