The hotel's location, right next to the ski trails in the village center, was really convenient.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made a big difference during my stay.
The spa was included in the price of my stay, which was a lovely bonus.

The staff were friendly, but the hotel looked old, the room had a strong odor of dirt, and the breakfast selection was limited.
The breakfast was excellent, yet the spa was not opened until halfway through the day, so we never got to use it.
The bed was good and the breakfast was tasty, but the room was in terrible condition: it was worn out, smelled bad, the shower couldn't be used, there was dirt on the walls and the sliding door, possible mold under the sink, the faucet hadn't been cleaned in ages, and the curtains were hanging poorly; overall the room really needs renovation and cleaning.

The furnishings and décor felt stuck in the 70s‑80s and were quite pricey for that. The hotel restaurant wasn’t very appealing, so we ate out that evening, and breakfast confirmed that this was the right choice. A better breakfast could have been made by us ourselves.
