La decoración, el jardín y la tranquilidad. Que entre el hotel y Booking no estén claros con la facturación y el cliente tenga que estar contactando a ambos para aclararlo. No es forma de tratar a un cliente con este trámite administrativo. Al día de hoy no he recibido Mi FACTURA

The personal service was excellent, but the way you get into the room was uncomfortable. The room access itself was the problem.

The front‑desk person was super friendly, the bed smelled nice, and the room was very clean and cozy. The only issue was that the app listed a bathtub in the bathroom, which wasn’t actually there—just a small correction.
