The rooms were spotless and the staff were friendly, yet the pool and hot tub felt dirty and could use a deep clean. Breakfast leaned heavily on breaded items with little potato or meat, and the elevator creaked loudly.

The place is budget‑friendly and works well for families, but the breakfast only had coffee, juice, a waffle or a biscuit – a full spread would have been better. It’s not on the ocean or close to the beach.

The pool, hot tub, and kids’ playground in the back were all in great shape, making it an excellent spot for families.

The hotel’s location in Seaside is great, and staff—especially Kim—were welcoming and made us feel at home. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and breakfast included proteins (not always offered) plus freshly baked cookies after long days of exploring. The workout room lacked cleaning supplies for guests, and the ventilation was poor; the tiny space smelled of sweat, which was off‑putting.

Loved the location, the room, the amenities. It was right by the river, beautiful scenery. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we could need. The complimentary breakfast was great as well as the late night snacks
