Staff were friendly and breakfast was great, but the parking lot left something to be desired.

The lodge sits in a great spot and inside it has roomy areas with nice décor; breakfast tops the average and includes extra items made on the spot by the staff, who are very attentive. Overall, the hotel needs some maintenance fixes: some wallpaper is peeling, there are ceiling issues in the room and bathroom, and on the first day we had hot‑water problems in the bathroom, forcing us to go to reception and wait a long time for a shower. Also, the in‑room amenities were generic, with worn‑looking packaging, which feels off for a boutique hotel that should offer premium brands.
