“Quality Inn used to be a much better brand - but not so much now”

The night shift had a single employee who seemed friendly, and in the morning there were only two staff on duty; however, from the front the building looked okay, but the property near the pool—especially the side entrance—was in pretty bad shape, with a fire exit that looked like add‑on wooden steps falling apart and a gate to the pool area from the parking lot that was a ramshackle mess.

Everything was fine, except that the free breakfast hours were inconvenient.

“Never again, Quality Inn!”

The front desk was unmanned, so we waited 20 minutes for someone to check us in; a “Ring bell for service” sign had no bell, and the manager was in his office watching TV, not noticing us until we shouted “hello!?” When he finally checked us in, he charged my credit card three times for a total over $1700. The bathtub in our room was broken, taped over with mold on the tape, and the floor had weeks of dirt and dust buildup. The walls were paper thin, the floors creaked so loudly that the guest below us came upstairs banging on our door, asking us to quiet down while we were just trying to get into our room and go to bed. Charging $300 a night for this absolute dive is asinine. There were many breakfast options, but nothing was good.

“Marginal”

The room was clean and comfortable, but the price and overall value were not justified.
