The Lake Eyre Penthouse was absolutely incredible; my bridesmaid and I stayed there the night before my wedding and it was perfect—so much space, a beautiful layout, and an amazing view from the private balcony. I couldn’t have been happier and would love to return, and honestly there isn’t anything I can think of that was lacking.

I love the bed and pillows, which is why I enjoy staying at the Olsen. Unfortunately, during the two nights I stayed this time there was only warm water in the shower. On the first day I thought it might have been a one‑off, but on the second day with no hot water I decided to mention it when I checked out.

Everyting Excellent Hotel Have stayed previously. The trash in the room not emptied before we arrived The staff (whom we found) emptied it stat, Not a problem Small oversight by the Cleaner. No action required by the management
