The Drake Longchamp hotel is situated in Geneva's commercial and cultural district, 250 meters from Lake Geneva. Spacious rooms feature a separate kitchenette. A rich breakfast buffet is served daily, and fine wines are available at Le Pésage wine bar. The hotel is a 15-minute drive from the airport and accessible by bus or a 12-minute walk from Geneva's main train station.

I stayed there and the room had no air conditioning, which was a real drawback.

The location is good, close to the lake and a tram line, the breakfast is quite decent, the bed is huge and very comfortable with spacious rooms, the staff are very friendly and the cleaning is good. However, they should remove the carpet, the lack of air conditioning could be partly solved with ceiling fans, and the bathroom has a very high bathtub that could be a problem for some people.

The location is convenient for walking around the city, the staff are friendly and professional (though they don’t speak Italian), and the kitchen corner in the room is a great added value.

The place was clean, handy, and fairly quiet, yet the room stayed very hot with no AC; it faced SW, and even with the window wide open, the fan running all night and the curtains drawn, I couldn't sleep.
