I recently had the pleasure of staying at a lovely hotel that truly exceeded my expectations. The property was immaculately clean and offered a welcoming atmosphere, thanks to the friendly and attentive staff. However, I did notice a few minor issues that prevented it from being perfect.

I was initially impressed by the spacious rooms at this hotel, but my experience quickly took a turn for the worse. Despite booking and paying in advance for group stays, the hotel staff kept two of our rooms locked and charged our guests separately, which I only discovered two days later. This lack of communication and transparency was extremely frustrating.
