The staff were friendly and helpful, the scenery was beautiful, and there were plenty of nice hikes, snorkeling, and rainforest trips. The accommodation was a bit far from the main building, yet the shuttle worked when needed. The cabin felt somewhat old‑fashioned but still tidy.

The rooms were quite dirty, probably infested with bedbugs.

The location is great with its own reef beach, and the staff are very friendly. However, the place feels very dated, so the high price isn’t justified. The pool is old, and the rooms and bathrooms aren’t modern. The beach has basic hard loungers, and oil used to fight sandflies seems to have been removed. The restaurant isn’t worth the price, and there’s no good entertainment for such a large resort.
