“Disappointing”
It was honestly expensive for what it offered. I stayed with my three boys in a family room for two nights; the room had double beds but only three sets of cups and towels. Breakfast was disappointing—no eggs on either morning and both coffee machines were out of order. I’ve had better experiences at other Premier Inns and will book there next time.

The spa was lovely, the room was amazing, and breakfast was great. I tried to book afternoon tea but didn’t receive good customer service.

The restaurant service was good one evening, but the room was very dated and unclean; we found cobwebs, the bathroom smelled awful of cigarettes, and the shower curtain was black with mould. The bar was expensive, there was no sports channel, and one TV wasn’t even on.

My room was a lovely size with all the expected amenities, but the bathroom had a damp smell. I would have liked a fridge as well.
