The stay was fine until 15:00, but the reception phone didn’t work, the room was visibly dirty around the bed, the bathroom had no toilet paper or liquid soap, the intercom was useless, and the toilet was soiled even though the paper said it was cleaned—quite frustrating.

The setting was really beautiful, spotless and offered great value for money, with staff who were extremely courteous and helpful. However, the reservation details weren’t explained clearly, so I couldn’t take full advantage of all the included benefits.

Everything was very comfortable and clean, with impeccable bedding and bath linens, and the hot tub was quite large. The suite was small but had everything we needed, and we could leave and return without any issues as long as we notified upon departure. The only improvement would be installing towel rails for hanging towels, especially for guests staying longer via Booking who need a place to store them.
