I stayed in room 4, and I really liked it. The weather was great for enjoying the large balcony, and the room itself was very comfortable.

Located a mile from Southend centre, it is a 20‑minute walk to the Pier and near Adventure Island.

The location and the comfort were perfect. Nothing else to mention.

The place is in a great spot, the bed is very spacious and comfy, and everything was spotless. The balcony table, chairs, and lounger were all nice, and the owner was lovely. The walk‑in shower was roomy. A small fridge would be a nice addition, but there’s plenty of space. The toilet seat feels a little loose and the shower head could use a replacement or maintenance; a few holes aren’t working. These are just tiny, easily sorted issues.

The location offers an amazing view of the sea (River Thames), and room 8 was a comfortable suite. The room felt a bit dated and could use some TLC, but the rest of the property was really nice.

The house is beautiful and sits perfectly on the seafront. The room was clean, large, and had a balcony. The staff were lovely, and the parking out front was great. I would definitely stay again.
