A private room in a hotel near Otsuka Station, close to the station and various shops. The room is a bit small and a bit old, but the photo shows it clearly, and for the low price it’s acceptable. There’s a bathroom in the room, a TV, and air conditioning. It’s suitable for tourists who just want to sleep without sacrificing privacy. On the ground floor there’s a breakfast area with tables, a TV, and a beverage dispenser. For me it was great.
