The staff were quick to respond and very polite, but the facilities were a let‑down; when we arrived the hotel was still preparing rooms, we had to wait until 12 am, and there was no backup power so the lights went out at night, the AC remotes were missing, and overall the rooms felt unmanageable and in need of service improvement.
