Double room with shared facilities

“Descanso increíble”

La ubicación es muy buena, el ambiente también, se puede descansar porque no se escuchan los ruidos de fuera y cuenta con los implementos necesarios para cocinar o lo que uno necesite. En general no tengo ninguna opinión negativa, solo no me gustó que las toallas tienen mal olor y las alfombras del baño están muy sucias. Lo demás estaba muy bien y muy cómodo

The spot was great and offered good value for the area, with all the facilities you’d need whether staying short or long. The pub downstairs was quiet, so there wasn’t much noise when I tried to sleep. Other than the shared facilities, which is just a personal preference, nothing else was an issue.

“Having discovered this place, I may be going to Hitchin again!”

The pub was solid, and the rooms were above the bar—nothing disturbed me. Even though the bathroom was shared, the other room wasn’t booked, so it felt like it was all mine. The kitchen area was tidy and had everything you’d need to cook a meal. The ongoing improvements didn’t interfere with an enjoyable night’s stay.

“Served it's purpose as a well located roof over my head for a couple of nights”

The location was good, close to town and the station, and the room was quiet, clean, and tidy. However, the shared bathroom and kitchen gave off a student‑house vibe; they probably should be cleaner and better presented for paying guests.

There wasn’t much to say positively. The place was very dirty, with mouldy windows and blinds, dirty walls, an incredibly dirty bathroom, and an uncomfortable bed. The reality didn’t match the pictures at all.
