We stayed nine nights at the Address Beach Resort in Dubai and everything was very pleasant; the staff were friendly, the service excellent, and everything ran smoothly. There was really nothing significant to complain about, so overall we were very satisfied with our stay.

The location is great and the view from the pool is nice, but the smell and breakfast were disappointing.

“SURCOTTER ET NE CORRESPOND AUX ATTENTES”

Absolutely nothing positive. The hotel staff, whether at reception or the pool, seemed to prioritize guests based on their “status,” and I often felt sidelined during my seven nights. Room service would knock on your door at night to say, “I cleaned your room, do you like it?” and reception would order you to move away from the counter while I was just putting my bag in my tote, asking what was urgent. I always expected a refund and a return of the 70 AED I paid for room service that I never used, yet it was never taken back. The room facing the reception hall had the noise of sports cars roaring every night, which was a huge disappointment, especially since I was promised a great view of the marina. Overall, I was very disappointed; this is the last Address hotel I would book, unlike the ones in Mecca or Turkey that are truly top‑class but this one is just too over‑the‑top.

“Traumhaft schön!!!”

The hotel is super clean, luxurious, and everything is in one place! Especially the staff are better than others. We have never been pampered so much in a hotel before! Every euro spent at this hotel is worth it. There is nothing that one could not like about this hotel! Truly respect! Thanks to all the staff, thank you!
