The experience was nothing pleasant. The spa was a huge disappointment and unpleasant; we were charged 10 euros per person. The spa consisted of a jazzuci and a sauna that everyone could enter because they were open (I don’t understand why we were given a key.), and it was dirty. Drop the spa from the list because it’s a scam. Another surprise was the hotel’s check‑in on Saturday at 15:00 and check‑out on Sunday at 11:00, so you’re not staying 24 hours… what a great deal. I know I’m not the only one who has made this complaint. Anyway, we won’t return and we won’t recommend it.

The location and overall calm of the place were the best parts, and the staff’s service and the food were very good. However, as usual with hotels that allow dogs, they charge you for each dog. There was no litter box or dog feeding station.

The kids’ activities were decent and the surroundings were nice, but the food could be much better and the fly problem at the buffet needs urgent fixing. There were spiders and ants in the room, and the bar staff and service need improvement. The bar lacks a proper kids’ area; it only has a pool table and a foosball table.

Everything—facilities, peaceful surroundings, staff, the head waitress, the entertainment guy Pau or Pol, I can’t remember—was lovely, thanks for the cookies! No single flaw, the food was spectacular, a varied buffet for every taste, no complaints.
