The location is great. The rooms are tiny, the mattress is rock‑hard, the pillows are absolutely old and lumpy. The bathroom is super tiny; when you use the toilet you bump your knees against the sink. It also smells like a damp, moldy cellar. The breakfast area feels like a cold, uncomfortable canteen, the selection is limited. Everything has the feel of an uncomfortable holiday camp. The hotel is different. The staff are reserved, quite unfriendly.

The staff were friendly. Because of difficulty climbing stairs, another room was offered. The shower area was very small, room 105. The layout could be different, because stepping out of bed from one side was impossible.

The area is truly beautiful – the city itself is stunning. The front desk staff were friendly but slow, even though we had already paid and booked in advance.
