The reception by Sohn Luca, who quickly cleaned the floor, was very nice. After moving into the mini room, nothing else pleased us. In room 3, nothing matched the pictures: window blinds had no function, no hangers, no chair, no TV, and the shower cabin door was missing. The worst part was that after we checked in, we could not reach anyone—no response or reaction. The toilet was very dirty, which is unacceptable. The host bragged about living and working in Switzerland, but he unfortunately did not bring that level with him. Never again!

The accommodation is in a very good location, the beach is a 2‑3 minute walk away. Near the beach there are several restaurants and bars. When we arrived at the lodging we had to wait an hour for the owner, even though we had already informed them of our arrival time. After about 10 calls we finally reached them, and they responded to our messages after half an hour. The room we received was dirty; according to the owner, their cleaner had disappeared two days ago. Before taking over the room only a mopping was done, no thorough cleaning. The furniture in the room was very worn, the wardrobe doors were loose. On the day of our arrival, at night, a swarm of ants and centipedes invaded the room and even our personal belongings, so we left the accommodation.

The apartment’s location right on the sea is a definite plus, and the café and breakfast staff were very pleasant. I understand that the furniture can’t be brand new, but the cleanliness for a four‑star place should have been up to standard; the unit lacked a tea kitchen, a water heater like the ones advertised, and a towel dryer. The owner wasn’t ready at the agreed check‑in time, and there were no beds available. For the price paid, nothing beyond the basic amenities was satisfactory.

I can’t rate the rooms because we were sent away for free. We sat outside for three hours in the blazing sun, waiting in vain for anyone to show up, and nobody was reachable, so we had to drive back home. Three hours of being unreachable, no one on site, and the place was fully booked.

The beach was close by. Apart from the electric kettle, there was no fridge, glassware, or cutlery.
