I was impressed with the hotel overall, though the photos looked better than the actual rooms. The grandeur felt a bit exaggerated.
The staff were kind and available, the breakfast was generous and varied, and the hotel offered a welcome drink at the café. The room was clean and well arranged.

Great value for money, a generous breakfast, staff were courteous and constantly smiling even though not everyone spoke English; the beds were ultra‑comfortable and the central location put us right next to Gorontalo’s biggest shopping centre.
