Dinner was tasty, the wine surprisingly good for a hotel, and breakfast was plentiful with plenty of veggies; however, I couldn’t find a way to turn on the heater in my room.

The staff were friendly, the bath was great, and the food was superb.

The welcome drink was unlimited, which was a nice touch, and they had freshly baked pizza and warm udon noodles at the bar at night, plus all-you-can-drink alcohol and other drinks. I didn't really have any issues.
