The old house is very impressive with a beautiful view over the countryside. The room was bright and airy, and the bed was very comfortable. The hosts were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for the event at Slane Castle. The kitchen equipment needs updating, and instructions for the coffee machine would help since beans are supplied. The dining/sitting room cabinets were empty, giving the space a slightly bare feel. It would be better if the listing name matched the actual property name, as we were unsure we were in the right place just using the eircode.
