I was a bit disappointed with my stay as the room felt cramped, but on the other hand, I wished the washroom was more comfortable. Overall, it was an okay experience.

I must say that I was impressed by the hotel's pool and the beautiful lighting that makes it look like a palace at night. However, my experience was marred by poor service, limited dining options, and long wait times - even for something as simple as a cup of coffee. To make matters worse, I had to ask multiple times for bath towels, which were eventually provided.

The hotel's location and pool were definite highlights of my stay, but unfortunately, that's where the positives ended. I was disappointed by the lack of responsiveness from the staff, subpar food with very limited menu options, and a complimentary breakfast that fell short of expectations. It's clear that the hotel has some work to do in terms of improving its service.
