The location is good, the large room is quiet, and it takes 15 minutes to get to the high‑speed Hongqiao station.

The location is fine. It’s a Hilton hotel… I don’t understand why the English level is so bad. It’s a nightmare to find someone who speaks English.

It’s a good hotel with responsive staff. They allowed me to check in early, for which I’m especially grateful.
