Check‑in was easy, the elevators were fast, and the view was great, but there were extras in the room.

The hotel looked stunning, but there was no hot tub next to the pool and the pool itself wasn't heated. Room service also fell short.

The location was great, but ongoing construction was a nuisance.

It was war during the World Cup, but even with the high occupancy the service was great and the staff were very committed.
