Atour Hotel North Bund Shanghai

“Great location, free breakfast, complimentary laundry, and friendly staff — everything you need for a comfortable stay i”

I really liked the convenient location near People's Square, which made exploring Shanghai so easy. The complimentary breakfast was a great bonus, and the free laundry service was especially useful during my trip. The hotel was comfortable, well maintained, and thoughtfully equipped, while the friendly staff made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it offered excellent convenience and great value for money. Overall, it’s a good choice for business travel, with no major issues regarding cleanliness, soundproofing, space, or location. The free use of the washing machine and dryer is a plus, and staff can also do the laundry for you if you wish. The main drawback is that the room lighting isn’t bright enough, so working in the room feels too dim.

Friendly and helpful staff, good facilities. The city location was very suitable for our needs. The breakfast was also good, just a bit less western. It was not as quiet as I’d hoped at night beside the hotel.

“服务人员比较热情”

The room was still relatively clean. The laundry room was not very convenient.
