Convenient hub for Hakodate sightseeing. With plenty of rooms and beds, families and large groups find it comfortable. The old building seems to have poor construction, so the noise is bothersome. The sponge was shredded, so I had to buy new dishes myself. When parking, the guide pointed me in, but a pole made the spot cramped; it would be better to direct me the other way.

A place that can host a lot of people. The sound of the waves was so loud that I couldn’t sleep.

The sea view was lovely, but the neighborhood felt less appealing. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom was clean. However, the house smelled awful, the living‑room carpet and bench were spotted, and the bed creaked with every turn—made me worry it would break.

The living room’s floor‑to‑ceiling windows open straight onto the beach, and the hotel has plenty of rooms with full equipment. The location is a bit remote; the convenience store and supermarket are a bit far, so having a car is more convenient.
