Close to Masai Mara Park, the staff were friendly, the meals were good, and the facilities were solid. The pool was too cold and the Wi‑Fi was bad.

“Awful.”

There isn’t much to like except that it’s close to one of the park entrances. No internet and no hot water in the unit, which was a superior room. The bathroom smelled terrible, the food was poor, and there was no menu—far below expectations.

“Idyllic place to stay just next to Masai Mara”

The place looked even better than the pictures showed, with a lovely garden and rooms that were super comfy. We had booked a deluxe room and a tent, but the staff handed us a second room instead, which we really appreciated. The team was warm and friendly, always smiling. Huge shout‑out to Moses and Patrick, who were incredibly professional and made our visit even nicer. Moses even helped my son, who had a twisted ankle, walk with crutches. The only thing that could be better is the shower water pressure, which is quite weak.

The experience was great; the tents feel like half tent, half building, giving a solid camping vibe while still offering luxury. The food was fantastic, and the staff were very helpful—especially Sabore, who made our stay memorable. Nothing else to add.
