There was nothing good to report. There was no phone to call the front desk. The room clearly had not been cleaned from prior guests before we checked in—sink, soap and towels were used. Beds were tussled. The suitcase rack was out. The front desk employee (a green‑haired female in her low twenties) made light of our concerns, told us the hotel was all booked up/no ability to change rooms, gave us a new wash cloth and bar of soap as consolation. We were told there were people in the room before us but they relocated to the first floor and that might be why the room looked unclean—clearly no inspection or wipe down between guests/separate parties. Room 213 is an absolute dump, stains throughout (water leaking from above, left staining cracks and what appears to be mold), rusted tub near drain, dog hair in several locations throughout the room, there is a lingering musty scent which might explain why the prior party relocated and why the window was wide open upon our arrival. Likely, the worst rooms/hotels we have ever stayed at.

The staff was cool and kind, but the room was awful, smelling like mold because there was mold all over the ceiling. The hotel knows about it but continues to just spray the ceiling with bleach if and when you complain.

Convenient to where we were going, and the staff was very nice. No pool—there was one several years ago and I enjoyed it. I stayed two nights and nobody ever went in to bring clean towels or tissues. On top of what I paid, I was charged an additional 3.19. Not a lot of money but I don’t understand the purpose, and I never got it back.

The room was clean. The hallway was long, a bit dark and there was no assistance with luggage.
