The room was very noisy because it sits over a pub.

The practical accommodation above the pub was solid, with no complaints.

The spot was great, yet there were many small issues: the toilet flush button was missing, the cold tap lacked a top, the plug chain was broken, there was no water glass, the blind cord was on the wrong side, and the bin bag was too large for the bin.

Great value place, full of character right in the centre of the town. We enjoyed many pints in the pub downstairs, and had a great evening in Wylam - there's an excellent pizza place just down the road, and well stocked shop two ninutes up the road
