It was warm, clean, and the beds were comfortable; the hotel lobby was great and you could always make tea, and the staff were very friendly. A big plus was the night quiet from 21:00. It’s a very good place to rest properly before heading to Machu Picchu. Everything was perfect and I can’t honestly find even one thing I didn’t like.

Friendly staff spoke excellent English, and the place sits just a 2‑minute walk from the main square and the ruins on the other side of town, with the ruins only a 10‑minute walk away—far enough to dodge traffic and crowds. The room was spotless and spacious. I’d definitely return and recommend it to friends and family. The only snag was a couple of political rallies at a nearby football field that made the area noisy, but the election is in a week so it shouldn’t bother most travelers.

The location was great, the room was spotless, and the staff were absolutely sweet. The water was warm, but the staff forgot our luggage even though we had already checked out—thanks anyway. The walls are a bit thin, so bring earplugs.

This inn runs with great care; the staff are attentive and helpful. My room was very clean and comfortable, and it’s just a few minutes from Plaza de Armas yet still in a quiet spot. Breakfast was nicely presented and tasty. Everything was perfect.

It was pleasantly quiet and the location was fine. Breakfast was okay. The room was quite cold and only had a small electric heater for the whole apartment.
