B&B Hotel Rostock City-West

“schreklich, schlimmstes Hotel Personal das ich je gesehen habe!!! bleibbt weg von da!”

The hotel next door. The staff are very unfriendly, downright rude and incompetent! Don’t be fooled – there are 100 free parking spots, yet they claim none are available. We asked at the neighboring hotel and were allowed to park, but the only employee there threatened to tow our car! Avoid this place for your sanity! The climate control doesn’t work at all, and the overall facilities are a disaster – nothing functions.

“Für eine Nacht ok, Hotel war sauber, Personal freundlich, und die Betten waren gut.”

There were too few seats for the number of guests; the breakfast buffet was okay, but there was no scrambled eggs. The staff hardly came out because so many guests were trying to eat at once. The rooms lacked wardrobes, which is a problem for longer stays.

The location is great and the rooms are very pretty, with a very comfortable bathroom; the staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we arrived for breakfast at an inconvenient time and only managed to snag a seat just in the nick of time.

“Bequem”

The facilities and location are good, the staff are very friendly, and nobody disturbs us every morning. A hair was found on the floor 😄 and the upper drain was dirty (visible in the mirror 🤢), but those are minor issues. Strange noises come from above at night.
