The only thing worth mentioning is the location. The hotel has no functional restaurant, no room service, and breakfast is served in a makeshift basement that feels like a dungeon with the AC rarely on; it’s run by a third party, not the hotel, so you end up ordering from Swiggy. Housekeeping forgets to refill towels and water and needs reminders. Other than the location, this place needs a lot of improvement.

The location and staff response were the only positives. The bathrooms are very small, but accessories are available on demand. There’s no restaurant and even morning bed‑tea isn’t provided on request, nor is a tea kit; I paid for it and it wasn’t worth the money.

Nothing good to say. It was a complete waste of money: the property was unclean, unkept, and poorly maintained. The floor was sticky, the bathroom stained, and there was a damp, rotten smell. The linen was old and not properly washed. The whole place was in shambles, the price wasn’t justified, and the staff were unprofessional.
