“Por lo demás, un establecimiento aceptable salvo por el tema del sueño”
The proximity to the hospital, which was my destination, was convenient. The sound insulation was poor for a satisfactory rest; the upstairs neighbors had the TV on until 1 am and the noise was significant.
The noises from the rooms next door made it impossible to sleep.
A typical, comfortable hotel that's handy for staying close to the airport and not too far from the city center. The soundproofing isn't great and the bathroom curtain looked old.

The neighborhood is full of shops and restaurants, so you can stay around and avoid traveling to the center, and it feels quite safe. Walking in, you notice the staff working hard to keep everything clean and tidy. It's an old building, so don't expect miracles. The age of the building makes it very loud; doors, floors, and everything can disturb your sleep. Also, there was no heating, and it was getting cold, so we were kind of struggling.

The room is large and very pretty. The bed is huge and very comfortable. If I return to Santander, I will try to stay here again. I rushed because I didn't receive the online check‑in email and got a bit nervous sending messages to the host.
