The owner's kindness and the quality of the facilities were truly exceptional, making my stay truly unforgettable. Although the hotel is situated near the entrance of Puyo, on the main road to Baños, I didn't find it to be a problem.

I found this hotel to be a good place to stay, although it's a bit far from the town center. My main issue was with the internet connection, which wasn't reliable.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way, with a perfect breakfast, immaculate facilities, and an owner who was always attentive to our needs. The pool was also perfect for kids. I couldn't find anything to complain about.

I appreciated the hotel's friendly staff and the comfortable, peaceful, and secure atmosphere. However, I encountered some issues with the water temperature not working properly and most of the cable channels not functioning.
