I never actually stayed there; the staff saw that the rooms were dirty and the place was worse than expected, with used pillowcases and bags that hadn’t been changed, a deserted vibe that attracted addicts, no cleanliness at all, and I was turned away. I was surprised they asked for a review, yet I couldn’t even stay to film the place because of the awful smell—how can you ask for feedback under those conditions?

The hotel was completely off from the reception, with a terrible smell, and the elevator and rooms were dirty; the curtains were ruined and the rooms were simply unsuitable for hosting.

The place was filthy, there was no AC remote—if you wanted to adjust the temperature you had to go to reception and ask someone to bring a remote, which was ridiculous. There was no light in the room except for one broken lamp, no key card so you always had to go to reception to get the door opened, and the bedsheet and comforter were of very poor quality.
