The woman who welcomed us was pleasant, and the bungalow looked clean. However, the room was very basic, still too hot in September even with two fans, had two beds and an old bedside table, no TV or Wi‑Fi, and the power outlets were hanging from the wall. Be careful with the cancellation policy, which says a lot about the place.

The junior suite was great, tucked into a real oasis away from the city noise. I heard that even water in plastic bottles wasn’t allowed by the pool, which seemed unfair if that’s true.

Everything was consistently good. The location is superb for enjoying peace and also being close to the beach, harbor, restaurants, and shopping. Hikers can enjoy trails from there. The breakfast is varied and fresh. The staff is very friendly and the service is excellent. Rooms are cleaned daily, which is nice. The pool invites you to linger, with a great view of the Tramuntana mountains.

The pool, cleanliness, and breakfast were positives. The reception was handled by a woman who also ran the bar by the pool all week; she was very blunt and quite unfriendly.
