“It was ok, not great”

The staff were very nice and the shower worked great, but the room felt very outdated. The hotel advertises itself as pet friendly, which I assumed applied to the whole property, yet the photo I saw of the room I booked was not what I actually received. They explained that newer rooms are reserved for guests allergic to pets, but if the hotel is truly pet friendly, all rooms should accommodate pets. The website should be updated to reflect this reality so people know they might end up in an older room with their pets. I would consider staying again only if this issue is resolved.

“Convenient, comfortable and reasonable.”

Parking was right outside my door, making unpacking and loading a breeze. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows, and I found nothing to complain about.

“Friendly staff; comfortable room but needs maintenance.”

The bed was comfortable, staff were friendly, and the desk and table were nice. Breakfast was decent, the location was good, towels were nice, and it was handy to have a fridge. However, the sink drain was slow and kept dripping under the sink, the bathroom fan was very loud, and the in‑room coffee was not good.
