The hotel’s location is good, and we found the breakfast acceptable. Rooms were cleaned daily. On the arrival day we got early, asked the senior manager at reception if we could park the car and pay for breakfast (spots were free). She brusquely replied, “No, too early, no breakfast, park on the street.” She gave no further explanation, seemed uninterested, and left us standing. At the agreed time only one room was ready, and it needed fixing – the bed sheet was still dirty. Some corners had been neglected during cleaning, which feels unguest‑oriented, especially since we paid for it. The pool is nice but could be better maintained; green deposits sit on the tiles at the waterline. The whirlpool is activated on request at reception. Wi‑Fi worked in the lobby, but on the first‑floor rooms the signal was weak and unstable.
