“Das Zimmer war voller Schimmel und unbewohnbar”

The staff were friendly, but the room was infested with mold and uninhabitable. I was very disappointed: the room was full of mold and unusable, no replacement room was offered despite repeated complaints, and I had to sleep on the terrace at times. The breakfast was also lacking. Absolutely not recommended; I would not advise anyone to stay here.

The location is good, in the centre. The rooms are very small, the bathrooms haven’t been renovated for a long time, and the overall cleanliness is average.

The location was good, close to many tourist spots. However, the sea‑view room turned out to be a “pod” that isn’t isolated at all, especially acoustically, and any movement outside or in the adjacent room could be heard. One wall is glass, letting in cold and wind; luckily there was an air‑conditioner in the room that I used for heat. Cleaning was poor, and breakfast was very low in quality and quantity, so we chose to eat elsewhere after the first morning. We didn’t pay much, so we didn’t expect much, but we would have liked more quiet and cleanliness. We heard comments that the staff were friendly—who exactly? We only met the guy at reception who seemed out of it and didn’t know English. In three days, towels were never changed, trash was not taken out, and we didn’t even receive toilet paper. Apparently the whole staff was on leave; no other explanation, I guess.

Location is very good, beds are comfortable, unlimited hot water, price is good. There was bad smell, not very clean, room was underground
