The stay was unique with a dam to swim in, and the staff were very courteous, though some lights were not working.

“AC does not work in the night and manager who claims that you were wrong”

The location was nice, serene and quiet, yet the approach road was difficult; the AC in the room stopped working after 2am and there was no phone to contact staff—only a WhatsApp number, but the phone was switched off, leading to a horrendous sleepless night in the heat; when I mentioned the AC issue to the manager in the morning, he deflected, saying there were no AC complaints and almost implying we were lying, even though the AC had stopped working again that morning and he said he would check later; the primary USP of a hotel is a comfortable sleep and helpful staff, and this place lacks both severely, so we left immediately after breakfast because of the lack of concern and attention from the office manager, making it clear this is not a guest‑friendly hotel—visit only if sleep is not a priority.

Had a wonderful weekend stay at Vanaswara Kolad. This Properties, peaceful well maintained and surrounded by nature. The staff was courteous and helpful, and the food was tasty. Perfect place to relax and unwind would definitely recommend for weekend gateway
