Room and bathroom were pretty clean, but there was no milk, the room smelled like someone used the toilet, and only half a toilet roll was on the brush.

No key code was sent before we got there, and we paid for a Deluxe twin with spa but there was no spa. The road noise was loud too.

The place was clean and comfortable, but the food and amenities were advertised incorrectly, and the AC leaked onto the carpet.

The on‑site spa actually worked, which was the only thing that lived up to the hype. Unfortunately our room started leaking when the storm hit, and the air‑conditioner was dripping everywhere too. The “customer service” phone line was useless, and we didn’t even get the Wi‑Fi password until the very last day. All in all, a disappointing stay for a spot that should be great because of its location.
