“Check-in was awful. Toilet seat was not screwed to the toilet and room was disgusting.”

The location was convenient, yet check‑in was terrible and the room’s condition was undesirable, and the staff were not helpful.

“Knock it down and rebuild”

The view from the room was good, but the hallways smelled musty, had no AC, and carried a constant scent of weed and cigarettes all day and night.

“It was the worst hotel stay and I was afraid to ask for a new room”

The front desk staff were friendly when we checked in and helpful when I asked for towels, but the room itself was filthy with cockroaches, blood on the walls, puke on the curtain, a moldy shower, a shower curtain with black marks, a floor that stayed wet by the bathroom for two days, a stain by the bed, and half the lights didn’t work; traffic noise was horrible, a stabbing sound hit the corner on our first night, and the staff member who checked me out saw me, went to smoke, then said what.

The TV and remote were missing, and there were no options or anything in the fridge; at least a bottle of water as a welcome would have been nice.

“Short but left me wanting to come back…”

The location was great, with convenient stores and restaurants within walking distance, a beautiful room and view, and nice staff, but the parking lot lighting could have been better; we left early in the morning, it was dark outside and the parking lot lights had already gone off.
