The proximity to the city center was great, and there were no problems.

Nothing positive; the access was complicated because the room seemed to be in a shared flat in a residential building, with no private bathroom, no reception, no direct entry to the building, it rained and it was just annoying—I absolutely cannot recommend it.

We spent two nights in the Deluxe Double room, which was very clean and had a nice, spacious balcony. Because the second room was vacant, we were able to use the kitchen and bathroom on our own, and those areas were also exceptionally tidy. We appreciated that detergent, as well as basic items like salt, oil, sugar, and coffee, were provided. The only improvement needed was the seating on the balcony – more comfortable chairs would be better than the current stools. Additionally, the dishwasher broke down during our stay.
