Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Thank you very much for allowing us to check in early — we truly appreciated it. We would also like to express our special thanks to Alan for his help and support during the situation. We would like to formally raise a concern regarding the taxi arrangement made by your reception staff. We requested a taxi to the airport through the hotel reception. Unfortunately, the reception staff provided the driver with the address of a different airport instead of the correct airport. As a direct result of this error, we experienced a significant delay and were placed at serious risk of missing our flight. The situation caused considerable stress, as we had to rush to the correct airport at the last minute. Furthermore, the taxi driver charged us $200 for the journey

Breakfast was very good and varied, the location was top, and the hotel was near the subway, but the gym needed equipment modernization.

The room offered a view of Soho, was spacious, had a safe, good breakfasts, a gym, a clean base, and many restaurants nearby, yet the reception staff spoke poor English, refused to help us extend our stay because they had no offers, and couldn't provide the online prices.
